I have been building Star Trek model kits for the past year, following a forty-year break from the hobby. I have focused on TOS sets released by AMT, now owned by Round2.
Recently, William Shatner made news in the Star Trek community with comments related to a possible return as Kirk. In this post I will review four possible return scenarios in order of my preference. Keep in mind that these are just hypothetical, and Kirk’s return may not actually involve any of my proposed projects.

I did not see any examples of Jason Voorhees, who is just as iconic as the other 1980’s slashers. Perhaps it’s a sign that a new reboot of Friday the 13th is in order.

Since I recently reconnected with this former hobby, I have realized that it is a wonderful method to express my creativity while also doing something that significantly lowers stress levels.
