Battle of the Atlantic Memorial: Construction Update #2
Work on the Battle of the Atlantic Memorial in London, Ontario continues! Here are some more photos of the site’s progress. Further down is my reel (video) to describe the memorial and show its location in London, Ontario. The purpose of the enhanced memorial is to remember and honour those who lost their lives in the fight to end tyranny during World War 2 in the cold North Atlantic Ocean from 1939-1945. The memorial’s grand unveiling is scheduled to coincide with the 80th anniversary of the end of the battle: May, 2025.
