The Battle of the Atlantic Memorial Gala, 3 May 2025, Tickets Now On Sale

Artist’s Rendering
I’m part of a committee in London, Ontario working to raise funds to enhance/build a memorial to commemorate the lives lost during the Battle of the Atlantic during WW2. It will honour those who served in the Royal Canadian Navy, the Royal Canadian Air Force, and the Canadian Merchant Navy from 1939 to 1945. The memorial panels will list the names of the ships and those souls lost during the battle; they gave their lives in the struggle to defeat tyranny.
The Gala and Grand Unveiling is Happening Soon!
For those in the SW Ontario area … You can purchase tickets to the gala on Saturday evening, 3 May here:

The next day, on Sunday 4 May at 1:30 PM (at 19 Becher Street), the unveiling of the monument will occur at HMCS Prevost in London, Ontario at the fork of the Thames.
Here’s a short reel explaining what is happening at the site and why. This is from my official Instagram account, uploaded to YouTube and embedded here.
