On Sunday, I made the long voyage to Indigo/Chapters London North in London, Ontario for a book signing to promote my newest books, Fatal Depth and An Island of Light. I say this tongue in cheek, because the store is in the same city in which I live: London, Ontario. Usually I’m driving hours to a signing … this time, it was only twenty minutes. It was heaven.
I celebrated my birthday this year with family and friends at one of the best restaurants in London, Michael’s on the Thames. Following this, we watched James Bond in No Time to Die. Dinner was amazing and Bond was incredible. No spoilers here, but know that it was Daniel Craig’s best Bond. It was emotional, powerful, and the story was gripping. (Post continues below.)

I haven’t been able to do in-person signings due to Covid restrictions in Ontario, but we’ve now moved into reopening retail, and recently I was able to visit some stores and sign copies of my brand new Sci-Fi / TechnoThriller Fatal Depth, just out from Fitzhenry & Whiteside, Ltd.
It’s that time of year.
I survived another trip around the sun.
Another 365 days passing faster than ever before.
Another year of lost sleep, another year of blood, sweat, and tears, and another year of stress, heartache, and agony.
And another year of rip-roaring fun and excitement.
