Helping Build the Battle of the Atlantic Memorial by Drinking Depth Charge Lager
In earlier posts, I have written about ways you can help build/enhance the Battle of the Atlantic Memorial in London, Ontario.
There is an entire post here, with a list of how to help (such as buying memorial coins, donating money, or buying chocolate.) One of the methods was by purchasing Depth Charge Lager from Railway City Brewing, in St. Thomas, Ontario. With each can purchased, $0.25 is donated to the memorial.
(Please note the lager is available in Southwestern Ontario only.)
I bought a case and, with friends and family, enjoyed the lager during a Christmas/New Year’s gathering at my house in December. We donated to a worthy cause and also enjoyed Depth Charge Lager. I thought you might like to see some pictures. If you’d like to donate, watch my reel a bit further down which describes the memorial, currently under construction now.

Here is a reel (short video) to describe what is happening, where, and why:
Thank you to everyone who has donated to the Memorial or has provided work on the enhanced project. The grand unveiling is in May 2025, on the 80th anniversary. Here is some more information:
