The War Beneath has made the Semi-Finalist stage of the 2019 CYGNUS Awards.
Last summer I had the pleasure of visiting the HMCS Ojibwa, located in Port Burwell, Ontario, at the Museum of Naval History on the shore of Lake Erie.
This arrived in my inbox the other day, and it absolutely blew me away. A Grade 9 student used my book, The War Beneath, as the basis for her English project in school. She created a diorama of Trieste City. Here’s a schematic of the underwater city as it appears in the book:

This week The Savage Deeps was shortlisted for the 2019 GLOBAL THRILLER Award and the 2019 CLUE Award (for Suspense/Thriller novel) by Chanticleer Book Reviews.
