Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 4 Teaser Trailer

Featured today at Life After Gateway, an exciting Trek trailer for you.

This series is almost universally loved by fans of Star Trek. The cast is pitch perfect and it’s been fun watching the crew slowly come together. At the start, the only cast members familiar to us were Spock, Uhura, Chapel, Una (Number One), M’Benga, and Captain Pike, but slowly, over the span of three seasons, more and more of the TOS crew have arrived. For example, Chief Engineer Montgomery Scott first appeared in Season 2’s finale. Characters in minor roles have also popped up, such as Chief Kyle, T’Pring, and Dr. Roger Korby, all fun callbacks to the original show.

Also appearing on the show have been the two Kirk brothers, who arrived in Seasons 2 and 3.

We’re still waiting for a few more to arrive, such as McCoy and Sulu — something producers have announced will occur in Season 5, and has already filmed.

Here is the show’s IMDB page; it currently has an 8.2/10 with 75,000 ratings.

A prequel to Star Trek (1966), this series follows the crew of the USS Enterprise under the command of Captain Christopher Pike.

While we await word on whether Star Trek on TV continues with the early years of the TOS crew in Star Trek: Year One, which producers have pitched to Paramount and will focus on Kirk’s first year as captain of the Enterprise, fans already know that Star Trek: Strange New Worlds will end with Season 5, due in 2027.
