This is a yearly tradition here at Life After Gateway — to highlight the movies that turn forty years old, and also those that turn fifty.

This is a yearly tradition here at Life After Gateway — to highlight the movies that turn forty years old, and also those that turn fifty.

I wanted to highlight our collective old age today here at Life After Gateway.

The first movie was one of the biggest surprises the year it came out. It was brilliantly directed, action-packed, fun, suspenseful, and very dark. I laughed a lot during it and have now seen it multiple times.

I wrote this article for my blog, Life After Gateway, several years ago. I thought it would be nice to share the films that comfort me during the Christmas season. They are not the traditional movies you might be expecting, though …

The sequel was announced a few months back. Now, we have a major update in the production of Spaceballs 2.

This isn’t the usual trailer I share here at Life After Gateway. Usually I focus on my own genres: Mystery, Science Fiction, Thriller, Suspense, and Horror. That being said, this is based on a comedy/horror movie, and the trailer had me laughing out loud, so here it is for you this morning.

The original came out in 1985. I’ve just come across this teaser trailer and the news that there is a new installment coming soon.

I know, I know. I don’t usually post comedy movie news here at Life After Gateway. It’s not one of my preferred genres. That being said, this is different.

A bunch of new teasers and trailers were just released for some highly anticipated shows and movies coming out this year. I thought I’d collect them all in one place for you to view.

I recently posted an article about Rocky IV being forty years old. That struck me as odd, because I don’t feel that old. I was only 15 years old the year it came out.
